Attn: Please read ALL terms and conditions before booking. I will not negotiate anything that is listed below.
Appointments booked after 6pm will be considered an emergency appt. An additional fee of $30 will be added to final price.
Deposits
A $25 Non-Refundable deposit is REQUIRED at time of booking to secure your appointment. Appointments are only confirmed once deposit is paid and must be paid within 24 hours of booking your appointment. After 24 hours, your appointment will be canceled. The Deposit will go towards your service. Deposits are transferrable if appointment is cancelled. I only allow one reschedule before appointment is cancelled. A new deposit will need to be paid if rescheduling for a second time.
Hair included in all braid services. For Loc services, please let me know at time of booking if you would like for me to provide hair. Deposit will then be the cost of hair. You can find cost of hair in description or I will message you with cost of hair. Full price will be paid day of service.

Please Be On Time
Please arrive to your scheduled appointment on time. If you are more than 15 minutes late, there will be an additional charge of $15. If you are more than 30 minutes late without communicating with stylist, your appointment will be cancelled and you will need to reschedule.
Cancellations
Please cancel appointments at least 24 hours in advance.
Same Day Cancellation- If you cancel on the same day of your appointment, at time of rescheduling or rebooking, you will be required to pay a cancellation fee and rebooking fee totaling $30. This will not go towards service.
No Call No Show - you will not be able to reschedule or rebook. Deposit will not be refunded.
Cancellations- Clients are allowed to cancel up to 2 times. If client exceeds this amount, client will not be allowed to book.

No appointments after 6:00pm
Please advise if you would like hair to be provided at the time of booking.
If there is a time you’d like to schedule that is not displayed when booking, please contact me.
If you are not satisfied with your hair, please advise within 48 hours to resolve any issues. No exceptions outside of the 48 hour period.
